Why we collect Personal Information
All information sought and collected is required for our business purposes, which is to assist candidates in gaining successful employment. We may also hold information for client and business relationship management purposes.
Nature of Information collected
The nature of information collected and held will generally be covered by the following categories: information from and provided by the candidate in connection with their application. Information relating to candidates obtained from other sources in connection with their application such as the reference tool. Work performance information obtained in the course of a client or other business relationship.
Disclosure
During our business activity we may ask for or will gather personal information. We will use our best endeavours to ensure such information disclosed to us is secure and in general we will not disclose this information to a third party unless consent is obtained from the information provider or where we are under legal obligation to do so.
Access to Information
Individuals are able to exercise their rights as outlined in the Privacy Act to access information recorded and stored by Recruiter's Eye. However access may be refused in those situations where it would impact on the privacy rights of other persons or a breach of a confidentiality agreement relating to that information. If at any time your details change or you would like to access any personal information we have collected about you, our Privacy Officer will be able to assist you.
